Letter to Merchants

The St. Louis Girls Youth Hockey Association would like to ask for your support, by purchasing and ad in the team booster ad book.  The ad books will be given out at the girl’s games through out the season, allowing you to contact your customers multiple times.  We feel this is a great way to advertise and attract new business, and support the St. Louis Cylones Girls Hockey at the same time.  Ad books will be ready for distribution in early November.  The ad book size will be 8 ½ height x 5 ½ width.

The cost of each ad is as follows:

                        Full page                     $80.00             8 ½ height x 5 ½ width

                        Booster Line               $10.00             two lines of text

                        Inside Back Cover      $125.00           full page (check for availability)

                        Back Cover                 $125.00           full page (check for availability)

                        Center Page                 $150.00           full page (check for availability)

                        Jersey Sponsor            $300.00           Company’s name on a banner to wear/display on jersey

All ads must be camera ready.  High quality copies or computer-generated copy will work fine.  Please

 provide multiple copies, if possible.  Please size all ads to the above ad size chart.
